Admissions Consulting

Admissions is more than just standardized test scores and academic grades. Boarding schools and universities take a holistic approach to evaluate each student, considering his or her extracurricular activities, interests or achievements.

The Princeton Review applies this same holistic approach. Our proven methodology empowers our students to identify and utilize their unique strengths and life experiences to meet the demands of admission offices at elite boarding schools and universities. Our counseling, tutoring, and test prep services are seamlessly integrated to give students the most comprehensive support available, encompassing:

  • Rigorous school research and recommendations

  • Personalized academic and extracurricular activity plans

  • Training in essay writing through group workshops and tailored 1-on-1 sessions

  • Mentorship and guidance, with 3 mentors to each student

We help students get into the best-fit schools for them.

At The Princeton Review, we strive to help our students identify and apply to colleges that are the ‘best fit’ for them. How? By understanding the nuances and intricacies of the application process, identifying what elite boarding schools and universities are looking for, and how students could best position themselves to gain admission to their top-choice schools.

Initial Consultation

The Princeton Review’s Initial Consultation is the first step in each student’s path to a successful application process – whether you’re applying to college, graduate school, or a K-12 boarding school program.

The Princeton Review’s Initial Consultation includes an in-depth analysis of each student’s current profile, a 60-minute meeting and an Assessment Report. Our aim is to help students and parents gain:

  • Feedback on the student’s academic history and extracurricular profile

  • Recommendations for academic courses and extracurricular activities, including summer experiences, internships, community service, or more
