Gerardo has extensive experience in test prep and admission counseling, having helped countless students through the application process to attain admissions to elite colleges. Gerardo is passionate about continuous learning and cultural diversity. He is dedicated to empowering the young and promising generations of high school students and encouraging them to aim ever upward and always forward.

Delphine obtained a scholarship from the Government of Singapore to complete the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education program at National Junior College. Delphine went on to pursue an Economics degree at Smith College. She also holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. Delphine has been with the Princeton Review family for over five years, helping students prepare for their SSAT, ACT and TOEFL examinations.

Recent success stories

Brandon from Shatin College scored 33 out of 36 on his ACT test. Brandon previously studied at a number of learning centers throughout, but was unable to break the 27/28 barrier.​

Calvina born and raised in Canada and currently resides in Hong Kong to pursue her career in Education. Calvina holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics and a minor degree in Business Management.

 

After achieving academic success in high school and gaining acceptance to university without professional consulting or tutoring, Calvina was motivated to help students who had the aspirations to achieve academic success and attend world-class institutions, but were not fortunate to have a professional tutor. Calvina began tutoring students in Canada, mainly science, math and English subjects. Moving on from there, Calvina has worked at a number of international education centers, helping students excel on the IELTS and TOEFL exams.

Carmina was born and raised in Canada and is currently pursuing her Education career in Hong Kong. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics and a minor degree in Business Management at the University of Calgary.

During her university admission process, she did not receive additional help from professional consulting or academies. Subsequently, this was when she realized the importance and value of having the extra guidance and mentorship to finding one’s direction in life. Carmina endeavors that through her interactive teaching and counselling approach, she could add value, empower and be a part of each students’ journey to achieve their academic goals and attend their dream universities.

Atif has extensive experience in tutoring international school students and has gained numerous regional and international awards for his academic achievements, including straight ‘A’ Grades in all the eight A Level tests and 98th percentile in the SAT and SAT Subject Tests: Math level 2 790/800, Physics 790/800 and Chemistry 790/800. Atif took up teaching because he felt that the current system of intense competition is unable to pass on the intrinsic joy of learning something new. He hopes that by showing students the holistic application of the basics they learn at school so he could help reinforce the true purpose of the education system; to inculcate a desire to learn.

Mason has been in the tuition business for many years and has extensive experience in admissions counseling. He has studied overseas on many occasions and is well versed in a large number of subjects. Mason’s global perspective with an eye towards the U.S., coupled with The Princeton’s Review’s successful test prep methodology, make Mason an excellent LSAT tutor for anyone looking to gain admission to a U.S. law school.

Nathan was born and raised in Dallas, Texas in the United States. He has tutored the SAT as a private tutor and for multiple American companies for over three years – seeing an average of 150+ increases in student test scores. Teaching in a unique style, Nathan enjoys making the lessons highly interactive and engaging while still covering all the necessary strategies. As an American student, he has additional insight into what university in America is like, what admission boards tend to look for, and enjoys answering questions about the American university experience.
